I am new in the biz and am considering using this instead of hardmoney lenders.
Before I shell out the $300+ bucks for this info…I want to know if anyone else has and is it worth it. Is the credit offering pretty instant or common sense that takes months to build up.
Yeah ,no kiddn I’m curious about that guy, too. I figure some people in here must know because the guy has a link on the front page of reiclub.
Having been a credit insider for over twenty years, I don’t see why his plan would not work. I’ll be watching for reponse on this one, too.
Guys,
the guy is amazing. I know I bought his system. I already had an inkling about other friends having corporations and they get unsecured lines of credit for their biz yet it doesnt screw up their profile. The companies lend it to their corp with them as the guarantor.
I formed my corporation last month and starting to get everything but the credit card applications. When they do, I will follow his advice and apply when they come in. If you're not sure, talk to freinds that have their own corporations, they will explain that area to you.
Cool, thanks Steve.
Now, when I was at a collection agency for corporate cards, one of our clients was a major, huge name credit vendor of computers to the public as well as corporate cards. They have two types of corporate cards, though. One is a corporate card WITHOUT a personal guarantor in which case we just try to dunn the president or the treasurer or whomever, and the other type of corporate card DOES have a personal guarantor, in which case the collectors threaten the delinquency, if charged off, DOES report on a personal guarantor’s individual credit report (I don’t know if there’s truth to that, mind you). Doesn’t Kish talk about using corporate cards in the names of entities such as LLCs or corporations?
Hey thanks for being the product guinea pig/testing rat! I’m sure Mr. Kish would pay handsomely for your testimonials! (or, maybe not, who knows)
I’ve had my corporation for less than a month. However, I have yet to receive the first business card app. I do belive it will work for me. Tom stated that it might take a month or 2 even as short as 3 weeks before the apps come roling thru. At the moment, I am getting things like setting up credit card machines, getting business insurance etc. I also put money where my mouth is and bought his foreclosure system as well. I’ll let you know in the future how I do in Short sales!!!
Yes I created my entity. The dept of corporations for your state will selll your info to banks and other interested parties. I’m not sure about the card that does not need a personal guarnatoor. His system states that you or your corporate partners will be the guarantor for that card. I will let you in on a little secret. ex. if you guarnatee for your corp from one bank. You cannot go to that bank again and be guarantor for a new LLC. Also you cannot have your partners go to that same bank and get another credit card from them either. You can have your new partners do it in a new LLC, so long as they did not guarantee to that bank in a diff LLC. Hope this helps.

Awesome, Steve…
I wish you continued success. let’s stay in touch about this. I am a payrolled, commission-driven mortgage advisor (originator) for a 26 state lender/broker but I have aspirations and possible plans to go independent by some time next summer. I am in New England but where the market goes, so go I. More specificallly, when one region cools off I gladly relocate and focus on warming areas. I feel the Carolinas calling me sometime in 2006…are you anywhere around the southeast?
i’m not sure how significant a line of credit unsecured would be for a start-up company? a friend of mine got one for 25,000 after more than one year in business. his company was an engineering firm working for delta faucet, nasa, etc… and his plan was pro to look at.
is it the killer business plan, personality, partners?
To continue, when you the max credit line allwoed, dpending on your credit score of couse. I was told since mine is around 690, i should get the initial max allowed. It doesnt matter about the rate cuz when you start doing deals, it pays for itself. I set myself a goal to do my first deal the frist quarter of 2006. As you get the business card with whatever limit they set for you. Take out most of it and put it into your business checking account. Remember, most companies check previous month and current month. If they see you have money in the bank!! You must be doing well!!! Thus they will give you the best rates. All the banks care about is the credit score. Remember, you are getting a paper app, similar to your personal cards. THis is the beauty of the system, if try to apply online or on the phone, you may need to show the business plan, 2 years worth of tax returns. If you simply fill out the app that gets sent to your company and enter the appropriate info, that should be the only contact with the company til the business credit card comes in.!!! hope this helps steve
1-405-244-4000 box 777 is the replay of the call on $200,000 line of credit with Thomas Kish. I heard a live call about 2 weeks ago…still considering making the purchase.
Just a thought… Before you pay $300 dollars for the system. Check out www.artofcredit.com… It’s an discussion board for people who want to obtain business credit.
