Has anyone used the Dave Lindhal course for investing in apartment buildings. It costs a little over $650 on his web site
and I have seen it on E-bay for much less. I would enjoy getting some feedback before investing in it.

I purchased the apartment house riches course. It has a wealth of knowledge. Althought I bought it with the boot camp, I received many “gifts” 77 ways to fill vacancies etc. I was also in his conference call last month. This guy knows what he is talking about, and save you hundreds of thousands of dollars in a career of landlording!
I reccomend it highly!
