I did a seach for this topic and couldn’t find anything on this site. Does anyone know if any states have a limit to the number of houses you can wholesale in a given year? I’m pretty sure there aren’t, but my wife is concerned and I don’t know where to look for that info. I live in Pennsylvania.
No limit anywhere. Your free to wholesale or purchase properties until your blue in the face. Good thing you live in PA and not Cuba.
