Hi investors, if you have 2 properties with limited (job) income of say $100K. One property has $250K equity(fxd 30 yr. mtg) and another property has $120K equity (adj. optn 1 + fixed rate second) both properties have heloc- one variable and one fixed. How would you leverage this equity to buy a fourplex?
