I just recieved a list of evictions from the last 3 months. I know this is a great list to mail to, but i was wondering what type of material do you put in the letter.

hello, i was wondering how you got that list of recent evictions? i went to my local courthouse and asked them about recient disposesory court filings and if they had a list. They said NO! Can anyone help?
The newspaper has them under “For Rent”
I send out 15 different letters to Active for rents… The nice thing about a for rent proeporty is that typicallly it has equity as lenders dont allow more then 75% LTV refis and require 20-25% down on investor purchases…
