To anyone
Do anyone know where or do anyone have a good letter to mail to a landlord who is having problems with their tenants.
This letter is for a property with bad tenants and the property is in bad shape.

If the tenants are paying the rent he may be quite happy being the landlord. I send out postcards to out-of-town landlords on holidays and other special days themed to the day itself. Halloween- Do your tenenats scare the devil out of you? Thanksgiving - Do your tenants see you as the turkey? Christmas - Is Santa the only one who knows if your tenants are being naughty or nice? etc. I’ve had fair success with these cards mailing each landlord several times a year.
