Lender for Austin purchase?

I have three homes under contract in Austin and need to find a lender. I’m looking to do an 80-10-10 on each. I have excellent credit (approx 800) so that’s not an issue.

I’d appreciate any responses, particularly from investors that have worked with lenders on Texas purchases.
