I am trying to talk to a person at Lehman Brothers for loan modification

does anyone have experience dealing with Lehman Brothers ? how do you get past the customer rep. guy to talk to a manager or higher up ? do you have a special phone number besides the customer service line ?

You of course realize Lehman is in bankruptcy. Barclays acquired some of their operations, check out the Lehman website for direction.
