I want to start doing direct mail to L/O sellers, I need some help defining my list. What does everyone start with? I am going to purchase a list from ListSource and then create my own Yellow Letters. I was thinking about starting with owners who have 40%+ equity, have owned the home for 10 years or more and have own outright. Any other suggestions?
I would go after the ones without any equity or that are over leveraged… the seller has the ability to sell house straight up through an agent with that much equity… does that make any sense omies?
Any sellers with property that is tough to sell would be a good target.
OK, I give up what is a least option, is that where you take an option on a property that is least likely to result in results or what?
