I have a customer who wishes to do a lease to own on one of my rental properties. Eager to let them be responsible for the repairs and maintenance, I told him we could definitely go with that option. Now I don’t know what type of lease contract I should create. Rental agreements are easy, but a lease to own sounds like it will require a more detailed contract.
Any help would be appreciated.
