- Anyone who has bought a new house and is struggling to sell the old one
- Out-of-town landlords
- Estate sales
- Anyone moving into a retirement or nursing home who plans on selling their home
Basically any one who owns a house that is either vacant or soon-to-be vacant.
By contrast the WORST prospect is someone who needs to sell the house they’re in before they can buy another one.
Would you believe just reading the classifieds in the Tribune the other day, I found a few Lease/Option homes. I was looking in the rental section for Rent to Own.
