Everyone’s competing againts one another and investors are helping other investors find potential renters or potential buyers the investor gives another investor a few :banghead :banghead leads in exchange of a referral fee up to $1,000 in some cases.
I don’t think I compete against anybody. I advertise what I have and you advertise what you have. The buyer that wants what I have is not going to buy what you have and vice versa. My advice to you is to make what you have appealing to the most general case. That means you attract the largest cross section of the market. People talk about finding a niche, I say appeal to the masses not to niche areas.
This is business not a relationship. I am not trying to develop some new way to make money I am following the most well worn trail I can find. I don’t love real estate I don’t even really like it. I want to make money. I look at the area that makes me the most money for the least amount of effort and I do that. That is real estate. That is why I don’t have tanning salons (which is my true passion)
How would you advertise an ad on craigslist :bson how to attract sellers, I’m the cash buyer, any tips :flush
So you are saying that you are the cash buyer? Don’t quite understand what you are looking to do. If you are the cash buyer you can find many good wholesalers on your area by craigslist alone. If you are not to sure about using CL just drive around and look at all the we buy houses signs and call some of them up to get some good deals. :biggrin
Hey Bluemoon06,
There is a very strong correlation between passion and success. You may get results in the short term without passion but in the long term passion plays a huge role in determining success.
For example when challenges arise and you feel like you are not making any returns for all hard work,it is only passion that can keep you going.
This is so true. It’s passion and faith that push you to the limits. It also dictates on whether or not a person may succeed. Very much applicable to taking risks in investments.
Graphics work really well when placing ads on Craigslist.
Well, there’s really competition in any kind of business you choose to do. In fact, competition is inevitable in almost all aspects of life. It all depends on how you look at things.
Personally, I believe in the concept of abundance…that there is more than enough for everyone of us. And rather than competing, I choose to create. I mind my own business but at the same time, I interact with all other people in the field, whether they do the same thing as I do or not. These people can still benefit you, you can either do business with them or just simply learn something from them. On the other hand, I also like being the one who’s able to give something, it can be a business, a shared experience or simply imparting and sharing of knowledge. Either way, it enriches you just the same. :smile
