Can someone shed some light on what the new lease purchase law is in Dallas, Texas. I am contemplating buying a house there in a new development and have been told that theproperty management will be able to lease purchase it for me to a tenant buyer.
From all the previous posts that have been written a lease purchase deal is against the new law unless you own it without a mortgage. I still see ads for lease purchase deals just like you see cars that use lead based gas. I still see contracts for deed too that have been outlawed for many years. Do these deals at your own risk.
