Does anyone have a Lease Purchase Agreement that could be shared with me?
And for a general question, does a Leasee normally pay in arrears for a Lease Purchase? My experiance has been no, but an associate said I should have them pay in arrears like a normal purchase.

What type of Lease Purchase do you want to do? I agree with your friend, payments sent in arrears, but I don’t know if it matters a lot.
