When I get calls from motivated sellers who still have their homes listed, they always ask me, “What should I tell my realtor if we do this lease option?”
I am not sure how to handle the realtors. Should I call them personally and tell them that I am taking it over now? Any help please.
Well technically the realtor is trying to sell the house. But it’s like the owner has decided to rent out the home instead. Have the original owner tell the realtor to take the home off the market because they have decided to rent the house out instead and they found a renter.
