Lease Option Question

I’ve been curious about this for a while after reading a few books and so on.

When you are lease optioning homes to tenants/buyers, what percentage actually end up exercising the options?
Does it even matter?
If it does matter, are there ways to improve the likelihood that a tenant will exercise his/her option?

How many actually go through with it in most cases depends on how well you screen the t/b’s, its varies from investor to investor. You can improve the odds by requiring that they enter a credit rebuilding program. One you can monitor. Herbster

It’s a pure crapshoot as to who exercises their option and who doesn’t.
