LEASE OPTION QUESTION

I HAVE PEOPLE APPROACHING ME ABOUT THIS SUBJECT WHAT DO I DO? I WAS THINKING OF HAVIN THEM FILL OUT A QUESTIONNAIRE SO I CN MAKE SURE I GET A HOUSE THAT WOULD FIT THEIR CRITERIA, PLEASE ADVISE

Why are you YELLING!

Sorry, new computer, don’t mean to yell :cool

Unless you’re a real estate agent with access to all the sellers who have expressed an interest selling on a lease/option, it would be a waste of your time trying to find the right l/o deal for a one-off buyer. It just is.

Rather, you find the lease/option deal, and then market for buyers.

Tenant/buyers are a dime-a-dozen. The lease/option sellers are not.

So, unless you’re an agent, just find the deal, and then find the buyer, and not the other way around.

An attorney? Why would you need an attorney to do a lease option?
