I’m new to RE investing but I’ve been studying for many months and feel it’s time to put some of this knowledge to use. Do any of you reside or invest in Arkansas? If so, have you had any success in L/O investing?
I don’t live in Arkansas, but I don’t see any reason why real estate investing should pose any particular difficulties there. You say you have a head full of book smarts. Now is probably the best time to put that knowledge to use.
That’s what I’m planning to do; put the knowledge to use. Have you heard any positive feedback on the Wendy Patton live calls CD? I was thinking of purchasing them to get a feel of how to approach owners.
I’ve heard nothing, either good or bad, regarding Wendy Patton’s CD.
The main issue that’s keeping me back from doing deals is the fact that I’m not sure of how to approach sellers. My mentor is very ill. We were supposed to do live calls so I can see how he approaches sellers but it never happened.
