Just curious to see if anyone has success with L/O investing in central FL area, primarily the Orlando area. Just thought that I would ask because I am about to make an attempt.
Sure. Why not? There are motivated sellers in every corner, central Florida included. In fact, the Florida market is taking a serious turn to the downside. You’ll find many homeowners willing to listen as they look for a way out.

I was curious about that too b/c I was thinking about lease optioning my home in North Orlando.
In the FL market, the buyers are now clearly in control. And this market is going nowhere but down in the foreseeable future, as I see it. So, offering a Rent-to-Own with generous terms will definitely help move your property at a time when properties are generally not moving. You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain, in my opinion.
