Just started learning wholesaling and have already had a few investors wanting to do commercial deals if I can find anything. Does anyone have any good free resources to start learning the basics from? Will take recommendations for not free info too. Any shared personal experience would be great as well. Thanks.

CRE is nice because the money is great. If you can get the owner of the property to sign your fee agreement and you have exclusive marketing - that is beautiful - yes it can be done. No I have not had that happen yet. The secret is with the seller and getting off market properties. Good luck!
