whats the best way to generate leads, to buy houses
I know adds, post cards, flyers,bandit sighns,
but was wondering where a web site falls in the ranking for generating leads for buying houses.

Websites are only effective if you can get traffic to them. If you are going to invest in a website check the traffic generators or search engine websites to see how much it will cost you to get a decent amount of hits (people) to your website.
I use bandit signs you to find my potential buyers. They haven’t worked as well for motivated sellers in my area probably because they are everywhere. (A little bit of an eye sore)
