How do you feel about buying leads?
For what?
I’ve purchased leads from a few different sites and have not done a deal with them. I’ve done 2 deals from leads from my personal created site (one of them is now my personal home!)
I think that they work, but I think that you can create a better site specific to your market and and target your SEO for your local market - people like to deal with someone local, especially when selling their home.
I think their great if you can afford them. Some of them are outrageously expensive. Think $30-$75 a lead. I agree about building your own website. I myself have been trying to build my website and make back links, get everything organized, etc…
SEO is not easy or quick! It’s not easy to get in front of a national we buy houses site with Thousands of back links!
Watch Out
I got burned using pay per lead site that was full of fictitious leads that sent me running in circles.
Your money is better spend doing your own marketing using bandit signs, craigslist and buying newspaper ads
