Lead producing sources & business contacts

I wanted to share a letter I wrote to get business contacts that may lead to deals being brought to you. I do not know anyone where I live (we just moved here) so I plan on sending it out to Realtors, General Contractors, New Home Builders, Real Estate Attorneys, RE Consultants, CPA’s, Appraisers, or whoever else I can think of.

Let me know what you think or if something should be changed/re-worded (Not sure if that’s a word)

Ok, here it is…

Dear whoever,
My name is (YOUR NAME) and I am a Real Estate Investor in (YOUR
CITY, STATE). I am seeking to build a list of business contacts for services I may need when I acquire, repair, and/or sell a property. I deal mainly in pre-foreclosures and lender owned properties that can be resold immediately or held for long-term investment. I purchase all kinds of Residential properties including Single-family homes, Multi-family units and Land in and around the (YOUR CITY) area. If you provide services regarding any aspect of Real Estate please contact me so we can discuss how we can be of service to each other. Thank you very much for your time.

If I can be of service to you or anyone you know it would be my pleasure to do so, please feel free to contact me anytime.

Sincerely,
YOUR NAME

Short and to the point, comments/suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

I like it.

“I am building a team of people I will need and would like to work with …when I acquire…”

I like your letter as it is short and to the point. You will need a team of people and you want to work with the best; and only the kool kids…since you want this to be fun right?

to your success!!

Your letter has my vote!

It’s simple and straight to the point. Excellent job!

 This is a good letter. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks everyone, Wishing everyone here good luck too!
Happy Holidays

Again, “Thanks” for giving during this holiday season. This world can use more people like you.

Thank you very much! That was very nice of you to say that.
