Looked at a HUD home and it has been tested for lead. Positive & escrow for part of the stabilization plan.

I know you have to disclose via “protect your family” pamphlet.

but does a postive Report require more action? (once the work has been completed)

Normally, a positive report requires remediation of some sort.


What after that though…if you do the work?

Does the work order/plan have to be transfered with the deed?
