Does anyone here know any wholesalers in Las Vegas. I’m a new rehabber (done 2 deals so far) and am struggling to find more properties. I have plenty of cash, but no deal. Can anyone help?
can you handle a bulk reo package? how much can you handle? are you looking for residential , commercial or industrial?
I think the best way to find wholesalers is to call the “we buy house” ads in the paper or “we buy house” signs that people put on telephone poles. The 2nd best way would be to go your local real estate group meeting and ask around.

At the moment, I wouldn’t want to buy properties in bulk as my cash comes from several different sources. I need to keep the purchace price under 125k. But I have the cash to do individual deals several times over. Currently, I’m just looking for residential properties.
Believe me, I’m working hard to find my own properties, but recently I have been unsuccessful. Thats why I’m hoping someone knows a wholesaler in Las Vegas.
This is an example of why wholesalers are an invaluable asset in the Real Estate Investing business. Rehabbers and Landloard can look for properties on their own, but everything comes down to time. The more time rehabbers and landlords waste in finding properties, the less time they have to focus on their specialties such as fixing up their properties and concentrating on finding tenants and buyers.
in addition to the local rei group, have you tried to contact title companies, mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys? they know who is doing the volume and are a good source of referrals to wholesalers.
