Hi everyone, What type of software works best best for a single family rental with room for future expansion and works good with the taxes ,reports, etc for my CPA at the end of the year?

Simple self created Excel spread sheet also.

Would either of you be willing to share your spreed sheet, maybe in a boiler plate form? I am currently also using Excel but it is becoming combersome. I would like to see how others have set up their spreedsheets to keep them some what simple and still valuable. The off the self plug in numbers software are very entising (but also very expensive).

YES I WAS ALSO WONDERING THE SAME THING. HOW WOULD YOU SET UP AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET TO KEEP TRACK OF RENTAL PROPERTIES. CAN SOMEONE SHARE ANY VISUAL SAMPLES.

Nope…the closing for the rentals are scheduled for today or tomorrow…we did find a GREAT personal residence in the new location, though.
