Hey everyone, I’m new to the site and I’d like to give and get some advice along the way.
I would like to set up a “fill in the blank” land trust for multiple future deals. Should I go to an attorney? Is there good software out there? Anything on the net? Please give me your advice. Feel free to message me too if you’d like. Thanks very much in advance. :biggrin
get one from an atty to make sure it meets all state laws. after that it’s “fill in the blank” on future ones.
Lou Brown is a name that comes up often with land trusts. I don’t know if his stuff is any good or not, but many of the gurus reference him in their work. Mike Butler and Dyches Boddiford also sell land trusts kits. Which ever way you go, have your local attorney vet the document to make sure it complies with your state’s laws.
