Ok - I just got the deed and put into it into the land trust.
I have a question. What is stoping someone from making the same land trust forms and saying it is their property?

The "Deed - in - Trust" gets filed and recorded with your county recorder! This document names the trust name, trustee in relation to said property, and the property address!
This does not divulge the beneficiary’s name as the owner! Your trustee never names the owner of the Land Trust to protect your interests. Your trustee should be someone you trust as they are responsible for the properties finances and disposition.
