It sounds like I need to have a Land Trust with a LLC as beneficiary to really cover my assets. But from what I can find out my state (Tennessee) is one of only two states that specifically does not recognize Land Trusts.
Is anyone familiar with the situation here who can possibly suggest some other solutions?
