Is there anyone who does Land/Mobile Home financing in Texas outside of the Austin area. It will have to be an owner finance deal. It is 21 acres and a 4/3 mobile home. The value as it is now without any updating is around 126,000 but can be alot more with the right fix-up. I can get the property for between 100k - 110k and will purchase it back from you for 130k on a note and do all of the fix-up out of my own pocket. I also will refinance it after 1 year into my own name or will pay you a fee of 7k to reinstate my owner finance agreement. I can pay 900 a month for a payment.
