If I were to purchase a home by way of land contract to then resell shortly thereafter, am I able to do this? And if so, what would be the best way to go about this since I would not be on title as of yet. Would the new buyer be purchasing the home from the current title holder (the person I bought the home from)? Any help in the best way to structure this would be appreciated.

Sell again with a reg. mortgage? How long are you going to keep it?
