Okay, here’s my deal. Have a home listed for $54,900, would appraise at $60-65,000, and am all in at $38,000. Just had a potential buyer go through three mortgage brokers to try to get qualified with no luck. Would like to consider my options here, as this property has been sitting for a while. I have heard of land contracts but don’t know how to go about doing it. Any ideas or would anybody like to buy a great rental property??? ;D
