I’ve just signed up for this web site and I’ve been going through and reading some of your questions and i just have a few suggestions for you new property investors. This passed weekend I spent the whole weekend in a Investor Real Estate seminar. It was hosted by hand picked Mentor working for Robert Kiyosaki he is the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad. It was worth every penny I spent $499 they covered everything from Wholesaling to Double Closing to Mobil Homes to Rehabing homes…etc. We even played the game CashFlow which Robert Kiosaki invented. The game teached you how to get out of the Rate Race and teaches you how to use other peoples money and start investing in things that make you money instead of Doodads that cost you money. There was a 14 year old kid and a 20 year old kid at the seminar and they both understood about investing in real estate and they both got out of the Rat Race. From what i understand there is a kids and an Adult verison of the game Cashflow the game is a lot of fun and teaches you how to think out side of the box. Also if you hear of this Rich Dad Poor Dad Seminar in your area please attend it you will not go wrong I promise.
