So my game plan is to purchase and rent property. I am not really interested in flipping, birddogging, etc…
For those with similar strategies, what book would you recommend for someone who only has two - three homes?
I am looking to purchase more but I want to make sure I do it the most efficient way possible; no since in reinventing the wheel, right?
So to all my successful renters out there, what do you read? What is your real estate bible?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
One Minute To Rental Property Riches is an excellent book, written by a former member of this board.

Read it, read it, read it.
Good luck!

I haven’t read One Minute to Rental Property Riches, but I always heard good things about it. I’d say you could learn pretty much everything you need to know by reading your state’s LL/tenant laws and the forums here.
