I am looking to find out if anybody has had any experience with “Homeowners Assistance Association”? This is company out of Chicago, run by Casey Cerni. They specialize with talking with banks/lenders and their loss mitigation depts on how to resolve a possible short sale.
They have some a classes and some manuals for $1600.00.
I am wanting to know if anybody has had any experiences with this organization and what your thoughts are??
I live in 20 minutes from Chicago, I never heard of them.
1,600 is very expensive for short-sales. There are many courses on here for far cheaper than that.
I am in Chicagoland as well. I know of a couple of individuals that have companies that run short sales for you. Meaning they will do the short sale stuff for you, while you continue to find new deals/leads.
If you are interested, feel free to contact me via my contact information below, or you can alway see me, not to mention normally 1 if not all of the short sale specialists at the WCRT club meeting or sub groups. http:www.wcrt.org
Remember time is valuable. You should focus as much of it as you can on your primary business. If that is marketing to get more leads, then pass off the title research, short sales, etc. Because you can make far more money by continuing to lock up deals as those proceed.
Well, I don’t want to go into specifics on this site and get anyone in trouble here.
I will say that it is a breath of fresh air. No one selling their Program, book, etc ever at the front of the room. It is a community of true networking and partnering on deals, etc.
What I will say is that the first meeting is free. That is another reason I love the organization, it is a true “try before you buy” type thing. Others charge you just to “sample”.
So, just take the time to make a meeting. It isn’t for all, but those that are there really make it great in my mind.
Anyway, I hope the original poster gets back to me about the short sale operation and process.
