Hi - I apologize if this is the wrong forum…
Kiyo urges people to move into the B and I quadrants.
As a wholesaler, how does one move into the B or I quadrant? Seems to me wholesalers are S quadrant at best.
They have to continually find properties to replenish /regenerate cash flow, they are doing most /all of the leg work.
They would not move out of this quadrant unless or until they hire employees, or become landlords. (the business keeps running in their absence.)
Comments?

You got it.
Realnew,
I am familiar with that book and I would suggest you read Michael Gerber’s book of E-Myth to complement Kiyosaki’s book. You need to build systems to run your business until you can fully take yourself out of the day-to-day operations. As a wholesaler you are just a “technician” you need to move yourself into the role of “business owner” and work ON your business and not IN your business. That is a true business owner. Michael Gerber also offers classes and coaching. In fact, if you go to his website you might still be able to get a free book of E-Myth. He was giving this away a few months ago. http://www.e-myth.com
