What books or materials can i obtain explaining the flipping process which applies to NYC? Such areas as: obtaining the deed as a general warranty? Do i need to work with lawers at the kitchen table? does the term “kitchen table” even apply to NY with regards to restrictions i’m not even aware of?
Some of you may be aware that in NYC, when purchasing a house or working with a mortgage lender, an attorney is always present. Is this a nuissance when flipping properties?
Books i’ve read have made suggestions to check your local state restrictions, so i’m following the suggestions.
