Where would be the best place (outlets, warehouses) in Chicago to get all your kitchen stuff- cabinets, flooring, tiles. What about appliances? Also where would be a good place to find inexpensive construction workers for a gut rehab?

They only do business to business.
menards is good for all those things. Usually less expensive than Lowes or HD as well. Plus, they often do free delivery on purchases over X amount (varies).
