Hi shawnjuan, nice to meet you! I enjoy rehabbing, had a goal to purchase some rental property but haven’t done that yet. I purchased Carleton Sheets program and got a lot of info from it. I have also done a lot of reading on the side too. It really helps to get educated and set some goals for yourself. Where are you located? I am in Central Iowa. Graciez

I am so new to this site and I find the folks in here are very responsive and active than other forum so I decide to sleep here for awhile until someone pull out the sheets
I havent flip property but i think it’s risky to option a house and couldnt find a buyer because i m new in the game.
My plan this year is buying a commercial property and sublease it. I am still looking for the good deal somewhere out there. Basically, I am so tired of the 8-5 job and climbing the corporate ladder with each passing day of meetings about job outsourcing.

I am new as well, and looking to speak with anyone that can give me some insight on this journey I will be taking alone. I am 47 years old and I need to acquire some property for an investment income. I had joined a group here in New Jersey (Northern part)and I find that the group is not that helpful, and when they are interested in advising you it seems to always come with a price to some book or cd they’ve put together. I paid for the memebership and still haven’t gotten that much out of it. So it would be good to be around the positiveness of another group that doesn’t make me feel like I just gave away my money.
