Hi,
Does anybody have a joint venture agreement, specifically for 2 parties to buy a house to refurb and sell on to split the profit? Or can you guide me where I can find a copy of the joint venture agreements… ? Thanks.

You probable want to use a partnership agreement for this single family home!

all jv’s are unique and different… Using a generic one will defeat the purpose of protection in the first place…

Please hire an attorney for this… he/she will draft it exactly how both parties need it within the boundaries of the law…

This could cost anywhere between $300 and $1000… It is money well spent!
