there is alot more to tax liens then what he shows on his infomerical…
he never talks about redemption periods and if he really got the homes…
While I have never seen Beck’s system, I have Loftis’ book Profit by Investing in Real Estate Tax Liens : Earn Safe, Secured, and Fixed Returns Every Time ($12.97 at Amazon.com), which explains the whole process clearly, IMHO. He even devotes a good part of his book about state-specific details.
