i want to start investing but don’t know how. i’ve read 10+ books about REI but i guess it’s better to start with an experienced agent. do i just call big-named real estate company and ask for an agent? or there is a better way to find a good one?
please give me a hint. i appreciate all help.

I would go to the local REI group meeting. You should be able to get either a very solid referral or there may be agent/investors there.

When calling real estate companies…make sure you ask for an agent specializing in working with investors (there’s many different diciplines in rea estate).
Tell them you’re an investor & you want an agent who has experience working with investors & understands their particular needs.
