So it looks like no one really invest in Time Share. Is time share even apart of REI?
a timeshare is basically a piece of property thats sold to atleast 50 investors.
each investors pays 10th of the cost and an annual maintenance fee.
its one of the worst investments you can make. if you like to vacation in the same
spot year after year, get 4 more friends and buy something together. you’ll get better
tax treatment and you’ll come out ahead in the long run.
