Not necessarily a scam, but the site offers no details. That alone concerns me. Besides, you are better of using an attorney who does this as part of his practice to maintain attorney client privilege and protection of internal work product. There is no website client privilege. One of the worse things that can happen is for your adviser to turn on you in order to save himself and that happens when the adviser gets sued along with you.
