Please don’t rail me for asking it. So, I’ve got setup my first assignable contract. I have someone that is interested in purchasing it. However, I don’t know how to assign it to them. blush Can I just write on a napkin, “Dean assigns this contract to Mr. X” have us both sign and its good? So, how do I assign a REPC? Thanks.

I would think that at the very minimum you’d have to have the agreement notarized. Have you ever seen the Road Runner cartoon where Wiley Coyotee finally caught the road runner and didn’t know what to do with him?? :biggrin :biggrin Sorry, I couldn’t resist… Good luck with the deal… :deal
