As a marketing strategy, can I put on my business cards/my ads “xxx, Inc. will pay YOU $500 to sell your home to us”
Basically I would “pay” $500 at the closing back to the seller (accounting for it in my maximum purchase price, of course).
Wanted to know if it’s legal to do this before paying $150 for a month’s worth of newpaper advertising.
