Is there a need for Atlanta native to assist investors locally?

I have been remodeling foreclosures for past three years and am tired of chasing my money. I keep thinking that there is probably a need fot my expertise and expeirence working closely with inspectors for thosr who don’t reside in and around Atlanta. Perhaps feedback on neighborhoods, more specific pictures and/or info from a non vested party? Are contractors showing up? Does anyone have any thoughts on this and if so,vwho would I market myself to? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
