looking for a fresh start

tired of turndowns ,been turndown everywhere, have equity

need a fresh start +some cash to repair car and personal debts.

i have recent appraisal +title,owner occupied

i need 70% ltv stated rollings 120 mid fico 510 ,no foreclosure

no NOD . PLEASE HELP IF YOU REALLY CAN!!!

Not to state the obvious, but why did you wait till the last minute to obtain financing?

You are not going to find a conforming lender who can get it done that quickly unless you have your appraisal already completed?
