Wanted opinions as to whether Orange County N.Y. is a safe area to rehab and flip properties at this point. With NYC area so out of control not sure of the stability of the market in OC but there seems to be a big influx of buyers who are being priced out of the market in Rockland and Westchester County, who are moving to OC. In areas of Orange like Goshen N.Y. 3 bdrm 2 bath SFR’s start at under $300k there. In Rockland its closer to $400k. From driving OC there seems to be alot of homes in need of TLC. Is it a risky area or should I go for it?
