I’m about to invest in my first “ugly house” investment and would like to flip it within 6-9months.
Is that a fairly easy thing to do or should I rent it out for atleast a year and then sell it?
Which one is more profitable? ???

It depends on what your goals are. If you are trying to build capital for a bigger deal, than flip it. If you are just looking for passive income, rent it out. My advice is to make sure you leverage your money. If you do rent it out, get good financing. Shoot me an e-mail if you need any help with that.
As far as which one is more profitable, there’s really no definite answer. Put your money where it makes the most money for you, even if it’s borrowed money.
